ARF

Animal Rescue Foundation

Co-founded by Elaine and Tony La Russa in 1991 ARF now holds its headquarters in Walnut Creek, CA. Its mission is to save dogs and cats who have run out of time at public shelters and brings people and animals together to enrich each others lives. ARF strives to create a world where every loving dog and cat has a home, where every lonely person has a companion animal, and where children learn to care.

There are many ways to donate to this great cause. By giving to their “Support a Fund” you could choose to donate to a variety of different sectors of need: Hope Fund, Emergency Medical Fund, Pet Hug Pack, Humane Educational Fund, or Food Share fund. ARF also accepts traditional methods of donation such as monthly giving, planned giving (ex: estate planning), honoring people and pets, donating your old vehicle and many more.
